1、平板拖車，拖車的車輪制動器和制動燈、轉向燈等配備徹底，并與牽引車的制動器和燈光信號一同起作用。
2、行車前，應檢查并承認拖掛設備、制動氣管、電纜接頭號聯接出-色，且輪胎氣壓符合規定。
3、拖車裝卸機械時，應停在平坦堅實處，輪胎應制動并用三角木楔緊。裝車時應調整好機械在拖車板上的方位，到達各軸負荷分配合理。
4、 平板拖車的跳板應堅實，在裝卸履帶式起重機、挖掘機、壓路機時，跳板與地面夾角不該大于15°;在裝卸履帶式推土機、遷延機時夾角不該大于25°。裝卸車時應有熟練的駕御人員操作，并應由專人統一指揮。上、下車動作應平穩，不得在跳板上調整方向。
5、平板拖車裝運履帶式起重機，其起重臂應拆短，使它不逾越機棚高點，起重臂向后，吊鉤不得安閑晃動。拖車轉彎時應降低速度。
6、 推土機的鏟刀寬度逾越平板拖車寬度時，應先撤消鏟刀后再裝運。
7、 機械裝車后，各制動器應制動住，各穩妥設備應鎖牢，履帶或車輪應楔緊，并應綁扎健壯。
8、 運用隨車卷揚機裝卸物件時，應有專人指揮，拖車應制動住，并應將車輪楔緊。
9、 平板拖車停放地應堅實平坦。長期停放或重車停放過夜時，應將平板支起，輪胎不該承壓。

4. The springboard of flat trailer shall be solid. When loading and unloading crawler crane, excavator and roller, the angle between the springboard and the ground shall not be greater than 15 °; when loading and unloading crawler bulldozer and extension machine, the angle shall not be greater than 25 °. The handling of the vehicle shall be operated by skilled drivers and shall be directed by a special person. The movement of getting on and off the car shall be stable and the direction shall not be adjusted on the springboard.
5. When the flat trailer is used to ship crawler crane, its jib shall be removed short so that it can not exceed the height of the shed. The boom shall be backward and the hook shall not be sloshing freely. The trailer should be reduced in turning.
6. When the blade width of bulldozer exceeds the width of flat trailer, the blade shall be withdrawn before shipment.
7. After mechanical loading, each brake shall be controlled, each stable equipment shall be locked firmly, the track or wheel shall be wedged tightly and bound firmly.
8. When loading and unloading objects with the winch, special personnel shall be assigned to command, trailer shall be controlled and wheels shall be wedged tightly.
9. The parking space of flat trailer shall be solid and flat. When parking for a long time or overnight, the flat plate shall be supported and the tires shall not be under pressure.
